Welcome to our 5-day intensive Meaningful Living

Through imagination exercises this programme aims on exploring LivingNâm beyond words. LivingNâm is a way of living that guides us to Authentic Living.

These 5-day programmes are usually organised a few times a year. For the accurate dates please check the website on location: http://www.amonines.com

This week start at 5 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 12 a.m. on the day of departure. Check in is possible between 3 and 4 p.m.

  • There will be a daily rhythm of three meditations a day and periods of silence
  • Together we reflect on aspects of LivingNâm in a very practical way
  • There will be moments of practice in which you will participate in a programme of daily service
  • We work with a small group, this offers a lot of peace and tranquility, which contributes to deepening and intensifying the programme. A week tuned into the moment where we carry together. There is a staff present who provides the basis, together we ensure a beautiful and inspiring week!
  • Those who wish can receive impulses directly from Yoginâm via an online private HarpMood in which Yoginâm will play a short HarpMood especially for you in which needs are answered naturally by the resonance of his state (a small contribution of €20,- is asked for this).
  • The days are split up in active mornings and free time in the afternoons.

Re-Connect with a Private Meditation Retreat

Always wanted to go to a monastery for a few days to withdraw from a busy life and to recharge your batteries?

Apart from religion and tradition Asharum Amonines offers different retreats which are a beautiful opportunity to unwind from a busy and demanding daily life and to attune to your spiritual and transcendental nature, the Essence of what you truly are.

You can decide yourself when you would like to do this retreat and how long. During such a retreat a staff member will be available to guide you and facilitate a meditation-rhythm. Usually, a daily rhythm of four meditations a day is possible. We recommend you to be in silence during the day or parts of the day and you will receive some extra tools which can help you find focus and attunement during such a retreat.

The private meditation retreat will be accompanied by Irma ten Brink. If she cannot attend, she will provide a replacement.

During a private retreat, you stay in a single room.

Your stay during such a retreat includes full-board meals and meditations
